Bolton Walk-In Clinic

This place is not a walk in! They screen their patients. If they don’t want to take you, they send you home. even if you have been waiting to see a doctor. Dr. Simmons screens you. I had my 2 year old to check her ears, He heard her sneeze and apparently her sneeze made her too sick to be seen? Does that make any sense? Dr Simmons denied her treatment and asked his receptionist to make me go home to have a phone appointment to go over the reason of my appointment…I went from being first in line to having to wait for a phone call appointment. How does this doctor call himself a doctor and in my case how do you dx an ear infection over the phone? I wonder what special powers he must have to see ear infections through phone calls, what a waste of peoples time. When I challenged the receptionist the only answer I got was yes he can see ear infections on the phone. She looked at me like I was the crazy one. What a joke.The receptionist also brings her dog into the clinic, how is that even allowed? Not only was she rude, she is so condescending. These patients are in serious trouble at this clinic, There are much better clinics in the area with way more considerate and empathetic doctors. This place shouldn’t even be allowed to run, the practice is unethical and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I have gone to this clinic many times. I always find the doctors knowledgeable and the lady at reception is amazing !

This walk-in" clinic does not really have walks-in

Dr Simmons is the best! Super kind super patient and very knowledgeable. Not sure what all the complaints are around the receptionist, if you can imagine getting 500 calls a day, I feel they handle it well.

The best walk-in clinic!! Doctors are caring, staff is excellent. The clinic is always open even on holidays and weekend. My son got sick on Canada Day and they were open and I saw the doctor in less than an hour. He knew exactly what my son needed and now he will feel better sooner than later. There are no other clinics who service the city like this one. This place is a Good sent!! We don't know what we would do without them. There are no other clinics as convenient, caring and efficient. The wait times are never too long. The booking system is efficient and the reception staff are helpful and kind. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Went into walk in clinic at opening hours. Was told it was a three hour wait when there was only one other patient waiting. Why have a ´ walk in’ clinic when you can’t serve patients within an hour or less of waiting? They told me to wait for a call four hours later. They ended up calling me 30 mins before their closing time. Pathetic service. I drove over to the next nearest clinic and was able to see a doctor within 20 mins of arrival. Don’t go here! Waste of travel time!

The worst. Walked in at 10am to be added to the patient waitlist. I was told by reception it was about a 3-4 hour wait and that they would call me between 3-5pm. No one called me back. Wasted a sick day waiting around for this office. Had to find a UCC further out since all the other clinics in Bolton were closing/closed by the end of my wait.

Dr. Hadid was pretty useless. Idk if it's because he's worked to the bone or what but he acts like he don't care one bit. I hope he feels better in the future. I can't speak for the whole clinic but I had a bad experience here, one star :(

A lot of these reviews are talking about wait times. I think the issue that people don't seem to understand is that our health care system is broken. People can't see their family doctors when they need to due to being understaffed. We come to walk-in clinics already frustrated, seeking attention and demand that everyone drop what their doing for us. Walk-in clinics are ove run, they see thousands of patients a year and they do their very best with the limited tools available to ensure we see a doctor safely and keeping the environment safe to those around us. I have been to this location many times and while I too found myself waiting longer than I had hoped, at these this place allows you to call in and put your name on a list. Try going to some of the places in bigger cities, wait times are typically 6-10 hours.Be patient, they are doing the best they can!To the team, thank you for all your hard work! I see you and I know how stressful the last few years have been. I appreciate you.

I visited this clinic on Wed and my husband today. We received quick, efficient and friendly service. In and out in under 40 mins. Good job!
