Fast and efficient! Ben was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me an estimated time wait of about 2 hours. Lucky for me, I went in and was able to get my iPhone 6 plus screen fixed in an hour. Very thankful to have a place like this!

i went to this place about 1-2 years ago and i had an iPad with a cracked screen they were good at first but when i needed it to get repaired the second time this is why im giving it 1 star. when i got it back i saw marks on my iPad screen when the screen is white and i was like what in the worldbut when i played some of my games some of my touch sensitivity was gone and the same day i got my tablet to the repair shop me and my mom brought are iMac to fix the hard drive in it because it was very very slow we also brought a flash drive to get the photos off of the hard drive because we knew it was bad but we had to wait 2 weeks for are iMac to get repaired but when we got it back they did put a new hard drive in it but never put the photos on the flash drive but they did give the old hard drive back so we never went to that repair place again.

I went there twice this week for help fixing my phone and I was highly satisfied. Great, fast, friendly service at reasonable prices - I highly recommend!

I'm extremely happy with this business. I've only had 1 device repaired here, and the quality of work was through the roof. In addition to the quality work, their prices were substantially lower than any other local quotes. What really set them apart though was their customer service. I was in a rush to get my phone fixed and they said it would take until tomorrow since they didn't have all of the parts at the store. After seeing me torn, the guy working offered to drive to their supplier and get the parts since he had time to do it. He ended up having it ready after just a couple hours, and fixed an additional part of my phone without charge. Great staff, great business. I'd reccomend this store to anyone in need.

Closed down thier store in Rockford and took our lap top with them. Couldn't get a hold of them. They still have our computer.

Went to Rockford location a few months ago. They took a few days longer than originally planned but kept me updated. My screen was fixed and paid amount discussed. This is the best price around for fixing iPad screens. Highly satisfied!
