after too long a wait (as i checked in online all i had to do was pick up) and only thanks to the shop mechanic did I get out of there when I did. I rented a small pull able uhaul from here and had to have roadside assistance come to my house bedore I loaded the trailer to replace a tire as wires were showing.so even after that long wait and stated that trailer was checked over, if we didn't check the trailer out again before loading we could of been stranded on the side of the road on the way to PEI.

They need to figure out how to do uhaul refunds.Have been waiting for over 3 weeks and still nothingThe mechanic in the back needs to leave the guy in the office alone and just be the mechanic. He is too overbearing.

Car over heating issue, went there 4 times for the same issue, each time another part was replaced .. they played process of elimation with my money, when it was discovered each time the part replaced was not the issue there' was no refunds besides a tempatute sensor that was replaced twice. Even cleaned out my hoses which cost $90... issue still unresolved. Turns out it was the engine they failed to check/inspect. Lady who ran front desk was polite, mechanic was just trying to get me out of his hair. He clearly doesn't know what he's doing. I was told my engine would be the first thing to be looked at by front desk and after last visit I was told by mechanic it wasn't. Out a LOT of money with car that still overheats.

Do not use this place if you are a single woman not familiar with cars as they WILL price gouge you. Took my car in for a tire change and a safety and was told I needed almost $3000 in work before they would safety it. When my boyfriend and I went in to ask about how they came up with their pricing, the man at the desk was unable to answer any questions. I then asked to speak with Kevin Pettipas (safety guy for the shop) and when he came to speak with us was belligerent and rude and began pointing his finger in my face when I tried to question his pricing (I made a point to politely ask him not to put his finger in my face). Paid for my tires and decided to take my car somewhere else. Get home to find that they have lost my VW rim emblems. Called to find out where they were and was told that because the guy who changed my tires isn’t there right now, they cannot give them to me until Monday. 0/10 would not recommend this place and highly suggest taking you vehicle for a second opinion.UPDATECalled back Monday and was told I have to purchase brand new ones as have the shop reimburse me.Won’t be holding my breath on that reimbursement. Worst car shop on the island.

Went to get front break pads replaced they only replaced one side then replaced the rotors w/o calling I asked to see the old rotors they where still good till buddy threw them 30ft across the shop floor

Great Service, Great Price.I just know this Auto Repair this spring but I feel sorry for myself as knowing this place so late. The staff is really friendly and polite. They changed tires with a very good price, which is perfect for a student like me. And if I want to buy another car, I am sure will use their car inspection service because of their very good price and responsibility attitude in work.

Got a last minute appointment to change my winter tires here. They were quick and fairly priced!

I had a very bad experience with this place. I had given my vehicle on a Friday for break pad and rotor change and undercoating. I took out the vehicle from garage and when I drove I had to apply apply full acceleration to drive. On the way back from work same day my car broke off in the middle of the road(friday). My car is Honda 2013 made and went thrice to Halifax and was running without any issues until then. I spoke to the person over there he won’t come and check my vehicle. He asked me to tow the vehicle to garage. I asked another mechanic to check my vehicle and said the axle broke. I don’t get how the axle break out no where. My car was in perfect condition. I did ask the the prince auto person to check for any other repair he said nothing wrong and this happened after they worked on my car.They hesitated to help me and said if the issue with break he would fix. And I know it’s not the issue with break it’s the axle which I was trying to explain. Never going to give my vehicle here. Worst experience and on top of it he charged 500$ and broke my vehicle. Very unhappy with service.
