Best, most knowledgeable staff I've ever met. Legit everyone is nice! I have rented, bought and maintained equipment with Dickson Equipment for years and always will.The level of knowledge, experience and expertise of their staff is unprecedented they set the bar so high and provide assistance, troubleshooting etc long after you buy your equipment.The big box store's don't come close to the level of service and knowledge you get at Dickson Equipment.

Decent service in terms of the work and products. They could work on their customer service more, I've had many interactions where I found the people working there to be rude and rough. For example, I would ask questions and would be ignored or answered rudely. Definitely need to work on the customer service skills.

These guys are great. I had not been in fir many years but needed parts fir my commercial snow equipment. Set me up large and I didn't have to drive far. Same street as my shop!.I will be going there from now on.

Service was more than I could have asked for. Spoke with Kevin over the phone to try and troubleshoot my redmax trimmer. Ended up having to bring it in and he took the time to look at it straight away. He discovered that it was a quick fix and had me on my way. Now that's service.
