I called them and asked them to help me install a kitchen faucet and unplug my bathroom sink and another bathroom sink I thought was leaking around faucet. I was told the wait would be 2hrs but they showed up within 20 min . He fixed the 2 and said the sink that I thought was leaking wasn’t he is right the bill was way less then I thought it would be. The plumber was very friendly and professional.I would recommend this company and will use them again.From a very happy customer Thanks

What a waste of two beautiful and sunny days waiting for #RotoRooter to come and fix the leaking problem. Waited ALL day yesterday, they said We'll be there between 8 am and 12pm" Why not say "Between year 2022 and 2023? Or sometime this decade?That way

They have an emergency line, but not sure what is the point of it as their response always our team is booked for 5 weeks.What kind of an emergency that can wait for more than 48 hours ….Unless their advertisement is a falls…which obviously is based on the response being booked for the next 5 weeks…Not professional at all….

We had an emergency cleaning of our outlet pipe from house to septic tank. The build up inside the pipe created a massive clog. Sewage backed up inside the house. Septic tank had already been emptied which didn’t help. Igor from Roto-rooter showed up after calling the emergency number within an hour and went right to work. He found the problem right away. The best service we’ve received. I definitely call again when needed.

Expensive rates and not responsive. They said they would arrive between 12-2pm. We called them at 3:30pm as they never showed/called. Once we called, they said they would hopefully" arrive around 5pm and there would be an additional fee as it was overtime (even though our appointment was from 12-2). It didn’t seem like they cared about customer service. We canceled our appointment and had excellent/less expensive service from Pioneer plumbing."

Mark came in and fixed our bathroom sink within minutes. We have been having issues with this sink since we moved in almost 2 years ago. Finally we have a working bathroom sink! Thank you Mark, very clean professional young man he is!

Last time great.. this time NOT SO MUCH.. called in the morning for a tech. Was told between 11-3 someone will call back for appointment waited til 3:40.. no call.. called was told they would check in too a tech and call back in 30 mins.. that was 90 minutes ago, it's now 5 called and have a busy signal.. l get it everyone wants the business but if you cant make it tell me, l can phone around instead of being loyal. And get the job done by someone who can.. gave 2 stars not sure why??.
