I’ve hosted my childs birthday here 3 consecutive years in a row. By far the most caring and hardworking women work at this facility. Everything from cleanliness to decor is superb. Needless to say my child always has the most fun here throughout the year too as WowMoms throws special events biweekly. They also have an espresso bar for us moms to indulge in. I recommend this place to any mom looking for a safe, and happy place for their children. 10/10.

My daughter loves playing at wowmoms! The staff are so sweet and welcoming. The birthday parties are always fun and well organized. It’s an amazing place to take your children for all sorts of fun activities.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Wowmoms World Montreal at a kids birthday party. The staff was welcoming, polite and very accommodating. The party hall, surrounding play areas and washrooms were very clean and well-kept. I also appreciated that there was a private room equipped with a diaper changing-station and comfy rocking chair for feeding our little one. Will definitely go back to play at Wowmoms and I would highly recommend their party services too!

I brought my baby for the floating experience. It took the employee 5 minutes to put on the floatation device. Once my baby was in the water, the employee thought she could use a different floatation device. All this to say, we had about 10 minutes of floating before we were asked to get out. Not a very relaxing experience for baby or mom.You're better off taking your baby to an indoor pool for $5.

Took me a while to write this review as I wanted to reflect on my experience and provide a feedback as objective as possible. I came with my baby a day before mother's day to celebrate the occasion just the two of us. However much I wanted to like the place, I did leave it feeling quite disappointed and unwelcome.- To start with, the place feels a bit disorganized. As a first time visitor, I was looking forward to be introduced to the facilities and service offerings. When I arrived I was told to go to the changing room and wait there. I had no idea which room but just went towards the direct they pointed and found the nursing room with a changing table. Then I realize I cannot change my baby as they don't accept reusable swimming diapers but I had to use the one time swim diapers which they provide with a small fee. So I went back to the reception to get the diaper and had my baby changed in the nursing room. Then I went back to reception and ask if I should just wait in the nursing room, then they told me I am at the wrong place, that I should have been waiting in the flotation room and that's when I was brought over.- The overall service from the staff is unpleasant with a few exceptions. Jasmine who helped with our flotation session was very nice. My baby who usually LOVES water was perhaps unused to swimming without me in the water or tired, therefore ended up crying and we ended our session early. (I would just like to give a gentle advise, for babies 8+ months, they usually start being more aware and have attachment issues so I would even go slower to introduce the new floating activity/environment). Maria at the cafe was also very sweet and provided great service. Other from the two, the rest of the staff just doesn't seem to really want to be there. They hardly smile or look at you when you pass by so you really have to grab their attention. I was a but taken aback at one of the staff when I asked politely for her help with a high chair, she replied: what do you mean help you with an high chair? I'm in the middle of... (cleaning the tables)." I pointed out there was a high chair in the corner but the surface is very dirty with greyish substance on it. Plus I was alone with my baby and didn't have an extra hand to pull the high chair as I was asked to leave my stroller at the entrance. She didn't finish her sentence and went to bring the chair and wiped it down with the same cloth she used cleaning the benches and left without any verbal exchanges or even eye contact.- The policies are confusing. I was told the access to the play ground was for 1 adult and 1 baby. But when I tried to have my little one try it out

The Easter event was out of this world! The Easter bunny was so big white and jolly! I would totally recommend this place to anybody my kids had a blast. I would ❤️ to go back to this place soon. Very good and fun vibes!!

I recently had my daughters first birthday at WowMoms World and what an amazing experience I had. Service was exceptional, kind staff & a beautiful space. The owner Daniela was so helpful and paid close attention to detail. She truly exceeded all my expectations! I especially loved the many activities there were for the little ones. No time was wasted & everyone had a blast! Thank you WowMoms World for making my daughters first birthday so memorable! We will definitely be back!

We went to our first floating session with our 5-month old baby and it was amazing!! Amanda was great, she made us comfortable and walked us through every step. Our baby loved it! We will be back for sure ! I would avoid sundays as the place is pretty packed
