Lakeside Dental

I am not a fan of going to the dentist...not at all. When Dr. Drysdale was recommended to me I went thinking it would be the same experience as usual - not being listen too about my very sensitive teeth and loads of pain. I had the best dental experience ever. She listened, understood and took awesome care to discover how sensitive my teeth really are. Every person on her team has been amazing and every experience I have had in the past 7 or so years has been exceptional. My whole family comes here and everyone loves all the staff. I actually look forward to going knowing that it doesn't have to hurt. I will not be taking my teeth anywhere else to be cared for, so Dr Drysdale you can't get any ideas about retirement for a really long time.

Dr. Carter who took over for Dr. MacDonald is a great Dentist. Dr. Carter is very thorough and explains things more than other Dentists i find. My whole family goes to him for that purpose. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Wonderful experience at Lakeside Dental! Staff were friendly, communicated well around what was being done, financials and bookings. They were able to get us in on a cancellation promptly and provided great care. Glad we found Lakeside Dental!

Dr. Carter did a very difficult extraction for me and was very careful not to cause any discomfort. He took time to check the freezing was perfect before starting and also took time to explain all my options.

Dr.Carter and his team are awesome !! I have always been so scared of the dentist and felt pressured to go when cleanings were due, but these guys are amazing and make you feel so comfortable and explain everything before doing anything. They are also great with kids !! Found my forever place to go that’s for sure. (They also don’t ask to have reviews but I felt like they should have it after the experience with them) ☺️

They're not interested in taking new patients, or they clearly don't take new patients seriously. I called twice to request new patient information to be sent to me via email as they said they would. Was told each time, I would receive it shortly, and never received it. Spoke to two different receptionists for Dr. Drysdale.Not interested in giving my business to a clinic who has no interest in wanting business.

A great place to get your teeth done! Very good at their job, and make you feel welcome when you walk in the door. Dr. Drysdale is excellent and very funny when you're in her chair. They know your name when you walk in their door and remember you every visit. A place worth switching your from your old dentist!

We have four kids, 9 to 17, and we switched over to Lakeside Dental a couple years ago. We should’ve switched over much sooner. Definitely 5 star service all around (reception, hygienist, assistant, Dr. D, etc.).

Exceptional dental care by all from reception, to hygienist, to dental assistant to Dr. Drysdale. Highly recommend. Our family ALL moved to Dr. Ellen Drysdale for our dental care. Highly recommend. Very professional, very caring.
