One of the best nonprofits I've ever been involved with. Great volunteers who really care and find ways to help someone with a sick or injured animal who can't afford the vet bill.

The great work that PAWS does is, sadly, very much overlooked. People's pets are their family members and the bond that is created between people and their animals has an endless positive ripple effect on society at large. Being an entirely volunteer-based organization means that donations go directly to those in need.

Although small, PAWS works very hard to help struggling families with pets, and are very resourceful about finding solutions for people unable to afford vet care or access essential services because of their pets. They're responsive and considerate, and would recommend 100%.
