Taking poor service to the next level. No line ups, 3 employees on the floor. Told I will be with you in a minute. Stand around waiting while one guy stocks a shelf and another helps out a Napa employee. Tried to pick up an oil filter and I need to stand around for 10 minutes. Weak. Will avoid this location like the plague. Makes me feel like they guys working here are employees and I'm inconveniencing them by trying to make a purchase.

Funny and weird experience at this Napa. I went in to see if I can have assistance building a test pipe for my car as I recently had my Catalytic converter stolen. I inquired about a flex tube and adapter setup, and he just scrolled through his search on Napa.ca for “pipe”. He just said “it just goes on like this forever” lol. So I just went to another auto part store who could help me

I have shopped from time to time a Napa, Ellice Avenue. and all my experiences have been positive. Recently I was there to purchase something and I was dealing with Cole who was very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help me. Unfortunately the item didn't work out for me so I had to return it and I was dealing with Peter and Cole who were both very remarkable in their customer service right down to helping me trouble shoot a couple of unrelated issues I have been having with my vehicle. It is very refreshing these days to run into not 1 but 2 individuals who genuinely appear to enjoy their jobs and the company they are representing. Great job Cole, Peter and the Ellice Avenue Management team, keep up the good work, you are making a difference in many peoples lives.

We did a quick stop off to change some tail lights, they were more than accommodating as well as they gave my daughter a free camping cup! She was over the moon about it! These guys earned my continued business!! First time there but definitely not the last!!

Great service from the floor guy. The supervisor needs to get off his lazy ass and help when it's busy. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes just to get a switch because the supervisor didn't want to fix a mistake he made on another customer's order and left everything to one guy at the front. Then couldn't even be bothered to come and help the guy out at the front when there was 6 people like me waiting. The guy at the front did the best he could and was very professional and helpful. NAPA get better supervisors
