I wish I could give a negative star because even 1 star is too much. I tried ordering from them on the phone, and the operator was extremely rude, impatient and hung up the phone without taking my order. I was extremely polite and respectful yet received horrible service.

As Radiah mentioned below me, the operator, whoever he is, is a sad excuse of an employee/owner. I tried to order flowers for my girlfriend and had a simple request: I wanted him to send me a picture of the bouquet he will deliver. Despite our conversation being civil and friendly prior, he responds to me by saying ‘no we can not send a picture, you have to trust us’ and then hangs up in my face. I was shocked and did not comprehend what just happened. Rarely do I give a 1 star, but this time I kind of wished that google had a 0 star option. This is not a way to conduct business nor treat clients. Disgraceful

This woman doesn’t deserve to be selling flowers. Her service is mediocre. She doesn’t know to talk to people. DONT GO THERE.

Beautiful design, reasonable price, and very kind staff. They delivered it in 2 hours. Good job!
