Two trips with joe. He was kind, a great driver, communicated well about times and locations used his gps to take the most direct route. Really good price and he was always 10 minutes early but never rushed me. Please ask for joe if possible for a day time ride. My evening ride, night driver after an event did not show up though and did not call and I couldn’t get ahold of them. I was with friends who drove but joe apologized and sincerely promised to figure out what happened. So I truly believe is was a fluke or a mistake in the night drivers part.

Deanna is so nice and will literally go out of her way for you! I wish she worked more often and everyday, she's my favorite cab driver and even though I have a vehicle now I still call cabs and request her because I got to know her so well.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The driver Jordan was late, rude, and drove like a maniac. Me and the other 3 passengers thought we were going to get in a wreck multiple times. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Go ahead and wait on a Lyft or Uber. Terrible service, said they would be there in 20. I called after 30 mins and they said they were 15 minutes away. 15 minutes later they called and said they were 5 minutes away. It was another 10 minutes after that when they finally showed.Rates shown online are not correct either. Ended up being double what Lyft/Uber would have been.Definitely not worth the hassle for a 15 minute car ride.

AMAZING SERVICE!! Ms. Dianna picked us up in Rapid City and delivered us to Deadwood. She was very nice, punctual and full of local knowledge. Was a pleasure riding and visiting with her. She then turned around and picked us up this morning and delivered us from Deadwood back to Rapid City AP. She is the only one we will use in the area! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, being from TX we were apprehensive about road conditions and with her we were put at ease. Rates were very fair.

I broke down in town there. Uber was unavailable. I called Tom and he was there to pick me in less then 5 mins. He took me to U-Haul. Then hours later I called again to drop my truck off and need a ride back to my rental. I was broke down and alone and Tom and his taxi saved me! Thank you Tom!
