Their ice cream was delicious and the employees were so nice. My girlfriend dropped her sundae when trying to find the perfect lighting for her photo, and they gave her another one on the house!

So far, I've had a vanilla-matcha swirl cone and a chocolate-dipped vanilla-chocolate swirl w/ salt topping - delicious! Regular changes of flavours being offered.

Doesn’t accept cash which in my opinion is not acceptable for a business to do. The taste and quality was a big disappointment too. I know it’s vegan but it was quite icy. The sauce on the strawberry field sundae was a weird puréed texture and granola sprinkle tasted very homemade but not in a good way. The jungle bird sundae was not good either. Overall a waste of money and I won’t be returning

Our favourite local treat… Staff is always so kind and the ice cream is amazing. Great flavours and a good mix of options for whatever you’re feeling. Great for both the kids and parents!

I'm always a fan of ice cream, and I can appreciate the dairy-free goodness of Softys! I got the Jungle Bird, and the husband got the feature, the Norwhal... (I forgot the rest sorry) Both were delicious, just beware Passionfruit is super tart, and it was just the right amount of tartness to take a bite with blend of the ice cream and syrup. The ice cream for me wasn't too sweet, but it may depend on the toppings. The decorations are fresh to my eyes, the presentations were done quite neat and they looked pretty.They were open until 8pm on Monday, and we dropped by around 7:02pm. Apparently we missed a rush hour maybe 30 minutes before, so I'm not sure how long the line up would be regularly.
