I did not drop our dog off, my husband did - but said Steph was very friendly and helpful. Our dog looks fantastic and had a really good experience (she can be a little nervous - but was so good with Steph her normal 3 hour appointment, at other salons, only took 1 hour)! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a groomer! :)

My puppy loves this place. Had him for 3 years but no one ever put love in it like Stephs! Thank you for being so easy to book with and taking extra care to my lil guy. If he could talk he’d say thanks too.

Always so happy with Steph.She cuts our dogs hair and bathed her in a third of the time for half the price.She’s super nice and we never have any issues.

Steph clipped my dogs nails today for the first time. My do puts up quite a fuss but she kept talking to him and before we know she has finished! Will definitely be returning

Steph was so understanding and gentle with our 10 year old who needs knee surgery. Our dog was very comfortable and the whole experience was very positive.

Great girl great work. My dog always looks good. She can do anything. Last summer I ask Sheph to give my pup a Mohawk . He looked so good when she was done. Everyone wanted to take his picture! Very good with dogs that hate water. Always a great cut.

Steph is awesome! Her calm gentle approach and style of care is impressive to me as both a Pet Parent and Pet Care Provider myself ! She invites the dogs( we have 2 large Labrador Retrievers ) into her space and then meets them where they are at. She is very caring, and offers lots of praise and encouragement! Our boys look forward to going to see Steph and have absolutely no fear or hesitation once there. Steph is a top notch professional, with absolute love and kindness for animals! I am so happy we found you Steph!
