I had issue with U-Haul not the gas station. The owner of the gas station managed to resolve the issue skillfully. I am thankful to him, unfortunately the negative review that I recall, has gone through U-Haul review page and must be discarded.

Owners charged us full price that was quoted, even though we didn't use the full mileage. They promised it was just a pending charge but they never change it and full price went through.

Friendly service, there was a computer glitch that could have prevented me from being able to rent the van but the representative found another way to make it work out. It took a little longer but was worth it. Van was incredibly clean and in immaculate condition. :)
