Thush provided the excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable, professional and super kind! He spent almost two hours to patiently speak to different member care representatives via phone/escalated to supervisors to have my billing issue resolved. All staffs are friendly! Highly recommended this store.

Had a FANTASTIC experience with Pouria at this location, he helped me port my number from Rogers and get a great deal on a phone and plan, I was always afraid to lose my phones or have them damaged so he explained me that they have a care plan that can give me an extra peace of mind for a very great price! Will definitely recommend.

Extremely happy with my new phone purchase and overall experience in Virgin Plus, Pacific Centre. Akshay and his colleague Poura went above and beyond to help me, staying late to complete the purchase and help me transfer all my data from my old phone to the new one. I was very much impressed with the great help from Mr. Hark Sanghera, a wonderful employee at Virgin Plus at the Pacific Center in Vancouver. Recently I replaced my old phone with a new one, and I had difficulties and problems with securing historical data. It was Mr. Hark Sanghera who helped me a lot with his professionalism, knowledge, skills and patience. I will definitely contact Mr. Hark Sanghera in the future and recommend him to all my friends and family!

HARK at Pacific Center is amazing! I want to be very clear that VIRGIN as a company gets NO STARS! They’re the worst and so frustrating to deal w when I have any problems. Whenever I feel like giving up and switching phone companies bc of the trash service I’m receiving when calling in (it’s a joke) I go into Pacific Center and Hark is always happy to help me out and get everything sorted. I would’ve left virgin a bunch of times by now if it wasn’t for him.

I simply made a BYOP line order online. They cancelled my order and made a new order with a device without my consent. They ran a credit check on my account and put me on a contract.They sent the device to my old address. Someone picked up the device and started using it. We suspended the line as soon as we found out about it. To this day, I am still paying for a phone I did not order and never saw. They never provided me the order number for the phone and the shipping information. I don't even know if that phone really exists.
