The Rosenthal Clinic

I usually get HydraFacials at The Rosenthal Clinic but this time I added a Laser Genesis treatment and I am excited to see the results to help with my redness and acne scarring. I was pleasantly surprised that it was pain free. I only felt a warm sensation like lying in the sun. I saw Naomi who was wonderful but all the ladies at the clinic are awesome.

Have been to this clinic 2x before. Had a laser genesis treatment and a dermaplaning treatment. Both times staff were very friendly and welcoming. The clinic is very clean and overall was a great experience. I will certainly be back to get repeat treatments and perhaps try something new.

I’ve lived my entire life with a scar in the centre of my upper lip. As I’ve gotten older the right side was seemingly less full. Dr. Hatfield gave me lip filler & I am delightfully surprised with the results.Guilty confession: I am a smoker as well, my treatment was a double win as my lines are much more minimal. Over all my experiences at the clinic have always been nothing but fabulous. The staff are amazing, friendly, understanding & so respectful. An amazing team!

I have had a few people recommend the Rosenthal clinic to me for a few different treatments. Every experience has been exceptional and with the most meticulous care. Any nerves were calmed with gentleness and warmth from the practitioners. They have a wealth of knowledge in regards both to the treatments and supporting home care products to make sure I’m getting the best results, which is what we all want, right?!

Reading the reviews, all the positive reviews sound like a script and the negatives sounds like real individual people. I want to get laser treatment but am most definitely not going to be trying this place. Hope you find real clients one day once you learn what you’re doing!:)

Dr Hatfield is simply the best there is. I started seeing him about 3 years ago once a month for my migraine Botox- which is the only treatment that worked for me. He remains the kindest most caring person I have ever met. He truly cares about his patients and their well being. I started getting fillers about twice a year and he always maintained he was “enhancing my own beauty as I was already beautiful”. He does such precise and beautiful work that you look yourself but better- not fake. I even came to Victoria for the day for migraine Botox when things fell apart here and he fit me in no problem. Sherwood Park’s loss is Victoria’s gain- do not miss an opportunity to have him as your dr. You will not regret it!

The Rosenthal Clinic has been nothing but amazing for me! I go to Brittany for rosacea treatments and she is so great at listening to me and making sure I’m happy with my results. She is super awesome! The clinic has a nice environment too. My treatments have been very affordable as well, which is always good. Overall, great clinic and would highly recommend!

I went to the Rosenthal Clinic for a Co2 laser treatment in mid-December 2022, for acne scars and lines above the upper lip (smokers’ lines), among other things, and it was such a great experience. Not only were the practitioners and Dr Rosenthal professional, very generous with information, and overall conscientious, which put me at ease and gave me peace of mind, but also the results were phenomenal. They really did exceed my expectations. In the past, I did have CO2 laser treatments in another clinic, but the results at Rosenthal were by far better. I am so pleased, and I will gladly return to the clinic in the future. I highly recommend!

I have been to a few of the other clinics in town...and they, honestly, had me leaving feeling pretty badly about myself. I'm so grateful to have found the Rosenthal Clinic! The staff are always bright, friendly, and so welcoming. I feel completely at ease entrusting Dr. Rosenthal with any of my treatments, and love being able to rely on her talent and vision to achieve the results I want. I always feel like their intention is to share information with me rather than to sell" to me. I never feel self conscious or pressured
