Clean and comfortable place to stay at. Easy to get to anywhere you need to go downtown. The complimentary breakfast is is average at best. I'd expect it to be better given the cost per night.

It’s all good … except there seems to be something wrong with the electricity here. We had multiple rooms, and none of our electronic devices in each room would charge correctly. After 48 hours, my laptop only charged to 70%. Same charger and cable as I always use. Our phones took forever to charge (almost 20 hours to get a full charge ). Not sure if the frequency or voltage is wrong. Maybe the 110VAC isn’t quite correct. Or maybe the frequency isn’t quite 60hz. Something is definitely wrong.

The location is excellent. Services offered by the 'Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Vancouver Downtown' is awesome. Our overall stay in this hotel was seamless. In fact I would say it was one of our best stay if we compare it to other few places we had lived during our last long vacation. Especially for families with little children this is a place we would certainly recommend.We lived in the suite for a week or less and noticed they have such an eye for detail right from interior decoration to making sure every little resources any visitor may need during their stay away from home is available. The nice part is they even keep an umbrella and a safe inside the closet. Our son had a great time and so did we. The breakfast included a variety of options, the spa area, gym, terrace, lobby space and overall services were great too. The room services were regularly done without us giving a chance to ask for anything.I would also like to send a special note of thanks to the team at reception because they immediately took a note of the fact that we had accidentally left behind a valuable device in room right after we had checked out. They ensured it was noted and shipped to our home address securely. I would love to recommend this place and make sure we too can revisit if we ever plan a trip again to Vancouver. Thanks!

Stayed here for a week. Rooms were excellent, clean, cozy, beds were comfortable, and morning breakfast was good (really liked their waffles and cheese omelet). The staff was great. Room service was very friendly, and I would also like to mention Duty Manager Asif. He was very accommodating during our stay. The hotel is situated right in the heart of Vancouver downtown. All good city attractions are accessible within walking distance. 10/10

Great location. Right across the street from BC PLACE and a Boston Pizza :-) Staff was very friendly. Easy check in. Parking is very convenient. Elevator from garage straight up to your floor. $28.00 parking with in/out privileges. Complimentary breakfast was the usual fare. Nothing spectacular but adequate. We had wanted an accessible room, but we were told that their accessible rooms ONLY have bathtubs which didn't work for us. We needed a separate shower. So we had regular room with a shower/no tub. The bed was EXTREMELY high. Nice to have coffee in the room. Was also told by front desk agent that room would have a sofa, but it did not. It did have a chair though. At what we paid, I would have enjoyed a suite" with a sofa

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Vancouver-Downtown
This past week work brought me north of the border. Was consulting in North Vancouver. Had a corner room with an excellent view of downtown Vancouver. Room was very quiet and the staff was friendly. Only thing I would suggest is possibly opening breakfast at 6:30am instead of 7am. The week I was there had a number of people waiting after 6:30am, including myself. Enjoy the many photos I took.
