Was so excited to get my remote start installed and was super happy!!!! Chris did a wonderful job and was finished earlier than expected. Thanks Krank'd team we will be back for our next upgrade!!!

So great that I finally found a “stereo guy” to install a new radio for my truck as the old one was non functioning. I had a free consult which I walked into, no hesitation to help me, straight forward and honest. Booked a date and had helpful reminders by text, work was completed on time and I had ordered back up camera and remote start as well…he showed me how it all worked, linked my phone to itand I couldn’t be happier! Would recommend!!!

Brought in my 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 to get a Kenwood DNX 994s Head Unit and rear view camera installed. Chris did an awesome job and was done an hour earlier than expected. I was referred to Krankd by a friend of mine who raved about this shop. Answered all my questions and am super stoked with my new system!

I have had three radio installs, a reverse camera, and sub and amp installed on my cars here, and every single job was done beautifully.Everyone there takes care in their work and they really helped me out when upgrading too! Totally recommend

You know you're talking to the right people when you drop in at random (just yesterday) and the following happens:- They take 20 minutes out of their day and sit in the car with you to trouble shoot your issue.- Offer very reasonable options that make sense.- BUT before they send you off dreaming of a new audio system they get you to focus on some settings, a tick box here and a double check there and my system (that should be good as I have a 2021 car with the Premium Audio package) Sounds a LOT better. I found a few more settings after as well that helped.- They; by nature of making sure I have all the right settings for my CURRENT system have earned my 100% trust.These guys are the real deal. Honest, caring and straight up looking out what's best for YOU even at a cost to them. That's a true sign of who you want to take your car audio needs to.At least for now I'm once again happy with my audio because of their help. Be it the day I do pull the trigger on my upgrade... (I still may go with one option here soon) I'll be sure to let you all know how that goes!Thanks Krank'd, class act!

I want to give a big nod to Chris at Krank'd. I called him to enquire about replacing a car alarm I bot for my wife's S10 3 years ago (Christmas present). Shortly after the warranty ran out, she parked the S10 and started driving the Mustang. 3 days later we had dead batteries! Went to original seller...they confirmed the alarm was bleeding the battery. And they wouldn't do anything about it because the warranty was expired. I explained this to Chris--and this is where I want to recommend him and his shop to anyone needing auto accessories! He explained that the draw on batteries is normal, that's how they all work. They are meant to be in cars that are being driven." He explained we should use a trickle charger or disconnect the alarm when the vehicle is parked. Chris

Had a complete audio system put in my truck about a year ago. I ended up putting sound deading Mats in my door panels. It was nice to see everything was installed very clean

I had a recent problem with my car stereo and thought it had died. I reached out to Chris at Krank’d. Texted him the make and model and he replied promptly with a solution to fix the problem. I suspect if I had gone elsewhere I would have been charged $$$ or been told it was done. I know where I’ll be going for any of my future car audio purchases. A+++

Chris saw my car on Wednesday as I was asking for help with my car stereo. He had a great professional opinion and was able to fit me in on Friday morning to install some new speakers. He was quick, and was done within an hour. I am super happy with my stereo and it's going to make all my summer road trips so much better. The cafe right next door is a bonus also. I'll be returning if I ever need car stereo help again, thanks!

Chris is awesome, was very easy to work with and accommodating.We had some issues with a couple of the components' compatibilities with steering wheel controls, and also some android auto firmware issues. Chris was always able and willing to get to the bottom of it.No issues with the installation or fit and finish. All the panel clips went unbroken :).
