Buying a home in this era is not an easy job. I purchased my first home in June 2023. Previously, I had to go through a lengthy tiring procedure, especially the approval of the required amount of Mortgage. I had the opportunity to talk with different mortgage agents in the city and according to their responses, it was looking like I will not get the mortgage. During this time of hopelessness one evening I got a call from one mortgage agent Hardik, actually I already talked with two other mortgage agents of his company before and they were not able to help me at that time. Hardik was following up on an earlier file and asked me what happened, after my response to the conversation with him, he open my file again and contacted me himself and gave me some hopeful information. After that, He kept informing me all the time when there is any updates in the mortgage industry. I think that I am so grateful for all the follow-up. He didn't work only as a mortgage agent but It was feeling like he is acting as a family member, the hope and guidance during all the procedures he gave me, I was able to reach him at any time during the day or night. He receives calls and gives me hope and advice on every critical point. I am very thank full for him for all of his efforts he does so that I buy my first home I will recommend him to other people too so that they will also find him not as a mortgage agent but like a trustworthy friend or family member.
