1) They failed to inform me that they would be piercing my earlobe with a larger gauge size than necessary (I think 16G).The piercing experience itself was good and I know 16G isn’t extremely out-of-the-ordinary. But it was a terrible going home wondering why it hurt more than my other piercings and panicking when I saw the gauge size worried that it would leave a bigger hole.I went back just to say that I would like to have known upfront (for one because it will take longer to heal), but they offered no apology and said that I should have gone to Claire’s if I wanted a small piercing.2) When I asked about the material of the piercing, they conveniently forgot to mention that their “14K gold” earrings have a metal back. I discovered it the next day.In summary … Please correctly inform your customers. That’s all.

I had a great experience here getting my tongue pierced. I will definitely be back if I need another piercing while in Vancouver!

This place is great!These are my first tattoos and the whole experience from start to finish was incredible.The staff are great with helping manage expectations, walking me through the process and how it all works, and my artist Daniel is not only incredible with his skill but is genuinely one of the nicest people you’ll meet.It helps that this place is clean, looks modern, and is actually very inviting.Definitely recommend reaching out to SOH for a future tattoo. I know I will if I ever want more!

Got my second and helix pierced here and it was such a smooth and easy experience! Adam is so good at what he does and was super friendly and informative throughout the entire process. Will definitely come back for more piercings in the future!

Went on a birthday trip to Vancouver and needed a smaller gauge for one of my piercings. We were directed here. Not sure of the gentleman's name that helped us but he was full of information! Very helpful and full of energy. Would recommend just stopping in and seeing what they have. Would recommend anyone to go for piercing advice. They also do custom jewelry and the gentleman that helped us also does custom work of his own!! 10/10.

My sister recommended me this place. She spoke highly of this place and I can see why. I got my earlobe priced. The guy who did it was super friendly. He talked to me during the whole process. He answered questions about cleaning and the kind of jewelry I would need later when changing them. I highly recommend this place.

Was referred to Myles at this shop who really knocked it out of the park when I asked him to do a custom design for a tribal dragon for my first head-piece.After giving him some design examples to base his work upon, he came up with a design that was better than anything I had anticipated.Everyone at the shop ( which is very clean and bright ) was super professional. The session itself went off without a hitch.I need to deduct one star from an otherwise glowing review as this was unfortunately not the first shop I visited. I originally visited their sister shop Adrenaline Tattoos a block further down Granville.After conferring with an artist there, paying him a deposit and giving him the same artwork suggestions that I gave to Myles, the original artist decided to wait 2 weeks before informing me that he didn't do custom work

Had a fantastic experience here today! Easy to make an appointment and the shop is very clean. I was in and out in leas than 30 mins for an ear piercing! I believe the man who checked me in was Daniel & he was super attentive and friendly. Adam was my piercer and he did a great job, very professional, and made sure I felt comfortable (I’m a wimp but it wasn’t painful at all). They walk you through the process including after care and also have nice options for the jewelry. Highly recommend :)

I was super nervous to get my septum pierced, and the staff made me feel so safe and comfortable. Amazing experience!

Brought my daughter to get her ears pierced. Adam was so good with her. A+ professional. Very clean, modern, well thought out space.
