Outstanding customer service - although I was only looking for a solution after purchasing a vacuum elsewhere, they suggested an adapter that now fits the old floor brush to the new vacuum stick. For a $5 solution to my problem, they made the greatest impression and brightened my day! Thank you JohnnyVac Staff!

I have been using these filters for 3 years now and they are great. With 2 dogs and 2 cats it's amazing how much fir the filter collects. If your filter is only 1 inch thick these are a must have!

had the hydrogen fusion for 6 years, worked great and spent good money for the vacuum. All of a sudden it stopped working so i called customer service and they didn't want to help the least bit. Not happy with customer service.

We have had 2 Jhonny Vacuumns in the last 6 months. both broke and now the retailer refuses to stand by the 1 year warranty. Unreliable vacuumn, unreliable retailer. Avoid this product / brand at all costs.

Excellent products and awesome customer service! Great company to deal with! Had a issue with my vacuum and Dimitri was very helpful to get my issue resolved! It’s always nice finding a company that makes good products and even better when they stand behind their products and the process goes so smoothly. I highly recommend their vacuums! It feels nice supporting a Canadian company too!

Best service ever! I had a defective central vacuum and Tony was very helpful and recommended the best for me. Installation was easy. I bought the Central Vacuum Johnny Vac - JV700LS - Silent - 700 Airwatts. Very silent and the bags will be easy to replace and service the machine. Many thanks.
