The Rumors are true....unfortunately this clinic does not respect the patients time. I was scheduled from an emergency referral from hospital. This clinic booked my appointment and told me there are a number of people before I'll be able to be seen. The woman next to me has been waiting for almost 3 hours...organization would benefit this institution greatly.

I have had only one appointment so far. I had a few tests and was in and out quickly. I don't drive anymore and as I was waiting for my ride I was sitting outside and the lovely receptionist came and gave me a bottle of water because of it being a hot day. I thought she was incredibly sweet. Made my day! Thankyou.

How can a place be so consistently bad at scheduling? Is there no one managing the bookings and trying to make things more efficient? If there is an office manager they might need someone else. Waiting 1-2 hours or more for an appointment should not be acceptable to this business. Yet it seems to be as nothing changes.No wonder the doctors usually have poor bedside manner, they are constantly under pressure from being 2 hours behind in schedule.

This was a disappointing experience for my mother. At 85, doctor appointments are challenging for her and the Clarity office was unpleasant. Clarity in Vaughn is a very busy operation that does not prioritize customer experience. Long wait times without clear communication creates problems for seniors. Told to arrive 20 minutes before the appointment, we waited an hour to see any staff member. Staff members are not personable. Only once did a staff member say who they were and none of them addressed my mother by her name. Any interactions with medical staff felt rushed. Staff rarely smiled. None tried to connect with my mother or respond to her friendly banter. Staff do not look to enjoy the workplace and neither do the clients. The many people waiting looked frustrated and disappointed and so did the medical staff. My mother thought it was a cold and grey experience. There is opportunity to improve the customer experience quality while still serving the quantity of clients. Changing how staff interact with the clients and reducing overbooking would be a good start.

I went here b/c of a referral from Emerg. I was in & out within an hour. Filled out new client paperwork, saw someone who ran a slew of tests & then saw the doctor. The appointment was at 2 pm & I was out before 3 pm. The entire staff was very pleasant & thorough. Fully expected to be there for several hours based on these reviews, but they couldn't have been further away from my experience. (there were several people in the waiting room so perhaps there is one of the doctors that is very slow but the doc that takes emerge referrals is fantastic) I highly recommend this place.

This place is horrible so far. I went on June 7 to see Dr Khan for my glaucoma as I needed a prescription refilled. I had the box with me and asked him if he wanted to see it when he was going to write the script. He said “no I know what one out are taking”. He gave me the wrong script as he did not listen to me. My pharmacist and myself have been texting him about the wrong script sin June 7 without any word by from him. I am out of drops now and am not supposed to miss a day taking them. Now I know mistakes happen BUT he did not listen to me nor has he or anyone gotten back to either of us!!!!!!

I was referred here and had low expectations as I was told it would take a while to get in, but I was called the next day with a same day appointment. The place was large and there were lots of people waiting in different waiting rooms - it's unclear what the different waiting areas mean. I was seated in a room within 10 mins, seen to fill out a questionnaire in another 10-15, and seen by the doctor shortly after that.All in all, the service was good, the wait time for me was short, I got my appointment the next day, and the place seemed clean and nice. I have no complaints.

Dr. Andre Ali-Ridha has done an incredible cataract surgery for for my grandmother who came from Ukraine. The treatment was customized for her needs specifically, he treats his clients very honourable, very accommodating and he CARES about his patients. He is meticulous and he is a doctor from God. Thank you for all your hard work!

I have had many issues in relation to the health of my eyes over many years.Having been to several other clinics both in Canada and US I have found Clarity Eye to be an excellent choice for my care. Dr. Khan has been professional and informative as to my clinical issues and I appreciate his direct approach. I have found the staff to be both efficient and pleasant.
