I have been working with shipping companies for over 20 years and this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. We are going on day 3 of not knowing where my load is. Not to mention this has taken over a week to get a 3 day shipment. Terrible communication and their truck driver took over 24 hours to go from Billings Montana to Denver Colorado. I was told to meet their driver at 3am to unload and he still has not arrived at 7:32am so far. There is no way I will ever let these jokers handle my customers products ever again.

Customer service is one of the most important aspects for me; they always answer my calls and handle my inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Freight is picked up and delivered on time, and they are always pleasant to talk to, making everything so much easier.
