This place is amazing! I am new to wood working and this place has been a god send. Full of advice and great sense of humor. Crazy exotic woods that even my more experienced peers have been amazed in. Sad to say but a great secret Cache. Pun intended... Lol great place, great people. See you next Saturday!

Amazing!! Amazing!! Service was incredibly helpful and answered any questions I had. The wood was lovely and price fairly!! Definitely would come back in the future for anything I needed. Went out of the way to make sure I was satisfied, sad that’s missing from stores now. A definite stop for anyone who’s interested in beautiful wood!!!!

Very helpful and friendly staff, good prices and variety, and they were willing and able to resaw a live-edge slab for me on site while I waited! That is top-notch customer service! If you're looking for cool pieces for your next woodworking project, definitely check them out!

Great selection and quality of wood. While not the largest selection in the city it has everything you need and I think better quality/options for those species. Including a fantastic selection of small boards and off cuts. My choice for quality hard woods in Calgary.They also have a really nice dog!

AMAZING PLACEJust discovered this place on a hunt for some wood for pyropgraphy art projects. Very reasonably priced, super friendly and knowledgeable people and soooooooo many pretty pieces of wood to choose from. The only problem I had was to chose only a couple pieces. I will definitely go back over and over and over again.....love, love, love this place.

Absolutely a 5/5 sales experience. I've been in sales for over 15 years and they did everything right. I didn't catch the name of the woman who helped me, but she was an absolute pleasure to deal with.I called regarding a sander and she was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. When I got to the store she hustled and put together a package for me that was what I needed exactly - and even went above and beyond to verify the sand paper was automotive rated since that's my intended use.I can't recall another time someone has absolutely nailed the sales process and customer service this well - give that woman a raise!

Wonderful shop for hardwood lumber! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of well priced lumber. Wish I could give an extra star for one very good shop doggo that is always happy to get some head scratchies.
