Jennifer loves and treats Indi like her own dog. I know Indi is safe and happy when she is with her. No better place to leave your pet while you have to go out of town!!

I'm very sure Rufus loves Jennifer more than he loves us! Bark and Mew have always treated Rufus like their own and he is always so excited to have a pj pawty!

Bark and Mew have been great for my new rescue pup and finding the right service for her. Thea is always so happy to see Tony for their adventures to get some exercise and squirrel viewing. He treats her with love as if she was his own and I never worry about her going out with him - plus the bonus photos and tracking to feel like I was there. Jennifer, who is one of their owners, does so great filling requests and changes, leaving no paws behind. They are a great service and I would highly recommend to anyone to become a part of the crew!

Awesome dog walking and boarding service

Jenn and her crew have been taking our dog Daisy for adventure walks for the last 18 months. We were super nervous to hire a dog walker for our very spoiled girl but Jenn immediately put us at ease. All of her employees treat the four legged crew members as if they were their own. And the daily email updates with pictures are always the highlight of my day. I highly recommend the Bark & Mew Crew!

Unfortunately very disappointed with the services. I expressed that I had a sensitive rescue dog and the first week they sent several different walkers. My dog became very resistant to walking with them but I didn’t hear about these issues until over a month later. Also I heard from one of the walkers that he had to go into my bedroom to try and coax my dog out from under the bed…not cool as I did not give permission for this. No calls when this was happening, only found out later. Further, they forgot to look after my cat when I was away - although I understand there were emergency circumstances, but that would be nice to know in advance rather than just not showing up (and still including a cat visit on my invoice, which thankfully they were able to rectify).Overall, my experience with them lacked compassion and professionalism, thus I can only give 2 stars.
