Amanda's Home and Small Business Cleaning

I hired them in summer, 2022 to work on the empty apartment unit before having someone moving in. They showed up on time. I left the apartment when they were at it. I asked them to call me before they leave so I could come back to inspect with them. They agreed. They called me when they were done, but when I got back, they were already gone.They did not clean at least half of the things that I had asked them such as windows, sashes, balcony and its fences, washing machine, etc. It just looked like they cleaned around the sinks and used the carpet cleaner and that's it.That was on Thursday. She said she would send an invoice that day, but did not until next Tuesday. She refused to give me the bank account information for me to make a direct deposit to, or come to our location (same city) to pick up the payment. When we could finally send someone to her home on Thursday, she accused me of delaying the payment for a week.Save your money and stress. Hire someone else.

Amanda is AMAZING! We've had quite a few cleaners over the years and we really appreciate her work ethic. She's always reliable, always thorough, always a pleasure to deal with. She does such an excellent job that when I get home from work I don't even want to live in the house....just admire it for how clean it is!
