I am trying to contact her since last 3 months for extension visa papers. She is not responding at all. Lots of emails & lots of voicemails doesn't help at all. I dont know what i have to do??

Worst experience i ever had. We had appointment but when we came in office she said i didnot have a time to consult you. We paid 160$ for consultation fees. Thats mean its just waste of money to come here.

I had lots of concerns with securing my citizenship and the process. I got my appointment which was suppose to be for one hour but to my suprise Rosanna did not rushed me and make sure she clarify the steps involved and explained on how we will go about it. This showed me how committed was she to help. She was very economical and only charged when we complete each milestone. Apathy, indifference, delayed call backs, mis-information, scare-tactics for more $$$, un kept timelines, the list goes on. Pray on vulnerable clients to make a buck. So unclassy and unprofessional. Very sad indeed. Chose another company for results and integrity.
