I had a very pleasant experience today at this practice. Though they are not my usual vet, they were able to fit me in for a emergancy visit when my vet wasn't able to. They were extreamly friendly and took amazing care of my boy Jinx. Highly recommend this clinic.

We recently had to have our senior lab put down. Pet owners will know and understand how difficult and traumatic this decision is. Dr Stevenson and Tracy were patient, caring and very compassionate during the procedure. Their understanding of our grief and corresponding response to that grief was so very much appreciated. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts. There is no greater privilege than to have been loved by a dog.

All the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Have been using this clinic for more years than I can remember and will continue to as long as we have animals in our care. Everything is always well explained and they make sure you understand the treatment plan. Even when the final outcome is not what was hoped for, the staff are sympathetic and show compassion for both the owner and the animal. Keep up the good work TIVS!
