Fantastic customer service. My friends and I took the train to Montreal for the day. We spent more than an hour in this store. The staff member and owner were very helpful and knowledgeable. Both knew their bras and how to help fit people. All three of us left happy and very satisfied with the service and our purchases! We will definitley return again or shop online.

Outstanding selection and the best service I've ever had in a lingerie store. My only regret is not asking the name of the incredible woman who helped me so I could give her a shout out here. Finding a bra that fits you well changes everything. She knew my size from just a quick visual assessment, and knew the difference between each of the brands. All her recommendations were bang on. I still had the freedom to select bras that I wanted to try, but there was really no point: she'd already brought me the best ones for my body. Yes, the prices are higher than la Senza or whatever, but the quality of these bras is much higher and when you have a larger bust, it makes all the difference. You won't save buying online, patronise this local store and their wonderful team.

Exceptional customer service! I ordered online from the store after being fitted at a local boutique. I wanted more options for Empreinte bras than I could find locally, and tried Underworld Lingerie as they had the best selection for ordering online that I could find within Canada. After ordering, Diane from the store reached out to let me know one style was being discontinued, but also asked if I was familiar with the fit of Empreinte bras to ensure I was getting what I wanted. This prompted an email exchange where Diane and I discussed options and she was able to help me figure out the best choice for style and size. We ended up changing one bra for another that would be a better fit. Diane took the time to go above and beyond to confirm I was going to be happy with the outcome. I appreciated this, because Empreinte bras are a higher price point – worth it, but definitely an investment so you want to be sure you’re ordering one that works for you! I will definitely order from them again.
