Connie and the staff at Blue Star were all extremely helpfulwe just needed a small vanity countertop cut as we were installing it ourselves. Connie found an off cut piece we liked, and within a week it was cut to specifications.I assume they would take the same level of care for a large kitchen project as for this small one.

My experience with Blue Star Marble was top-notch from start to finish. I contacted them about a quartz kitchen countertop, and Connie was not only responsive, but also very knowledgeable. Her ability to anticipate potential design and installation issues gave me a great deal of confidence in Blue Star's services. Connie was patient with my many questions over an extended period of time, and was quick to confirm both availability of the product and a measurement date once I finally made a decision. Her colleague, Bruce, even drove to the North Shore on a Saturday to accommodate our reno schedule - and, amazingly, the countertop was ready for installation only a week later! Since it wouldn't fit in the building's elevator, the installers had to carry the large and incredibly heavy object up the stairs, and did so without damaging it or the walls! Add to all of this the fact that Blue Star Marble's pricing was very competitive, and I can confidently recommend them to anyone who values a quality product, installed right, and backed by first-rate customer service.

Overall, I am satisfied with my countertop (Silestone White Storm) purchase from Blue Star Marble. Connie helped me to find the piece I liked and kept it until I made my decision. She also answered all my questions promptly. I liked their reminder calls for measurements and installation. Professionally done.

Disaster from start to not even finishedOur experience has been one error after another on a project of an office desk and two fireplaces. Caesarstone is a 56.5 X 120" slab and are available in two thicknesses - 3/4"and 1 1/4".The original quote was provided for the work but then increased by more than $1000 when they miscalculated the amount of Caesarstone needed for the work. One desk was deeper than the other but that was provided on the original diagram. It was not calculate correctly and the quote (the basis for the decision) was adjustedWe worked with the measurer for the fireplace on design options and we went with a single panel installation with a middle cut out.
