Just found this course this summer. Fun track with some challenging holes and great greens. The 5 stars really goes to the head pro and the staff - always a smile, helpful even to the point where I forgot my shoes and they tracked down a pair of loaners!My group plays around the city but this will be a go to club.

4 stars based on value for your golf money!Staff is friendly and the Head Pro is knowledgeable and approachable.I was a member here back in 2012 (Copperdale at the time) and some of the issues from back then still exist but there have been mass improvements in others.Tee boxes and fairways could use some work but without a sprinkler system this will be hard to do...Greens are a huge improvement! They are in good shape and for the most part they run true but just a little slow; but speed on the greens is relative. I like fast greens... Greens on hole 6, 12 and 15 are a drastic improvement from just a couple years ago.Pro-shop is reasonably stocked and currently has a fantastic deal on golf balls and gloves.Golf is intended to be fun and you can have fun here...

Love this golf course! The staff are friendly and provide exceptional service. The course is in excellent shape, and love that the driving range is open again and I can take lessons from the pro. Food is delicious! Cannot say enough good things :)

Played this course with a couple of friends today (10 August 2022). I haven't played it in probably 30 years. We were pleasantly surprised. Value for the money was really good; $51.81 for 18 holes and power cart (seniors rates). The course wasn't too busy and we finished our round in about four hours. A very good pace of play. Didn't see any marshals or beverage cart all day.Tee boxes are in okay to good shape and the greens are in fantastic shape. Fairways are okay in that the only difference between the fairways and the rough is the length of the grass but it is a work in progress. Lots of thick grass and clover on the fairways. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.I don't recall if holes have been changed or modified but the GPS system my friend was using (golflogix) was giving him some strange numbers (par, length, etc). Maybe his fault?Due to the very heavy rain we experienced over the last few days, there was significant casual water on the course and quite a few free drops were taken. There were few cart restrictions in place but we did our best to avoid damaging the course. Can't blame the course for Mother Nature.I gave Edgewood four stars based on what the course is; a rural course similar to something like Anderson Links. There are plenty of challenges and your game can be tested. Overall, a very pleasant day and a fun golf experience. Our group will play Edgewood again. Maybe not this year, but it's now in our rotation.

Loved the course based on the excellent value of low cost to play. Greens are fantastic, and most of the holes are interesting, especially on the back 9. The golf pro / manager is very nice, and you can tell he is working hard to shake their terrible reputation from years past.

If you gave up on this course years ago in one of its previous incarnations, in my opinion, you will be VERY pleasantly surprised with it now. Played it today for the first time in years and was very pleased with the condition of the greens in particular. I will be back soon.

Laid back and not very busy. The course needs maintenance work. Good spot for beginner golfers

Edgewood has come a long way in a short time. Granted, there is still work to do. My 5-stars are based on value (price for product) and you get that from Edgewood for sure. Bang for your buck.

We really want to support our local course but they don’t want to accept our money; we arrived one summer’s evening last year hoping to give my nephew one of his first rounds of golf.The car park was empty so we were hopeful that we wouldn’t hold other golfers up, but when I went inside I was told that it was lady’s night, so we wouldn’t be able to play.I’m happy that the new owners have improved the course and I wish them well, but our personal experience has left us disappointed and sadly we won’t be back.
