This was by far, the worst KFC I've ever been to in more than 30 years. Burnt buns, hard crispy chicken, no fries available (?!?!), soggy and mushy coleslaw as substitute, and big stomachache after. Avoid avoid avoid.

the floor is dirty all sticky and when we got to order the guy was talking on the phone for like 5 minutes in front us waiting..rude...i had to tell him hello you have customers and even then he took his time

Today we ordered a combo in total 47 dollars but the chicken given was in a very bad quality we only have few pieces of breast and the rest was bones and skin, really bad distribution of the chicken and also the quantities were lower. I know this is a renovated place but before the quality was better.

Ordered 2 sandwich combo, waited for 45 minutes and ended up asking for a refund. Supposed to be a fast food" restaurant... Employees looked sad and restaurant was full of customers waiting for orders... First and last time here!"

I placed my online order at 6:57. I arrived at 7:30 and I waited 50mins! When I started being mad after a while, the cashier said that I never told her for my online order when I did 3 times. They served the food to everyone except us. When I finally got my order, there was only 1 couple eating when the place was full when I got there. The restaurant didn't have everything I put in my order. I ordered 4 sauces and they weren't there and I paid those. And plus of that, the lady put cheese and bacon in my chicken burger which I don't even eat. The taste of everything was bland and flavorless.Never going again and I want a refund.

They're sloooooow. I made an online order to be picked up 45 minutes in advance during my lunch break at work, and it looks like they didn't bother to start preparing it until I got to the restaurant. At least the food tastes fine, but man......

The quality of the chicken seems to have improved since the recent restaurant upgrade, however order wait times can be verrrrry long. As a doordash deliverer I have as yet to see any errors in the orders, but as mentioned, wait times are an issue.

I had a twister and it wasn't great. No cheese. No sauce. Not great. The poutine was so so. But the service was fantastic.

This restaurant had a big renovation but the chicken is still bad. The staff are friendly and service are fast.
