I used LSM because of a referral and couldn't be happier. The newly installed furnace had an issue and they sent someone to check on it right away. Fixed the issue. The problem came back and they went to bat with the warranty people for us and demanded a brand new unit. Then there was a consistent rattle in the unit and they came and fixed that as well, going over the issue and why we were having it. The furnace had been defective but the installers and techs were professional, kind, helpful and all in all amazing. Would highly recommend.

All around great experience!Decided it was time for a furnace upgrade. Called LSM for a quote, they sent someone to my home a few days later to measure, and assess the needs. I had a quote in email the next day with 3 options. Called and discussed the options and differences and indicated I'd like to move forward.Install booked for one week later. 2 gentlemen showed up on time, installed the new furnace, took away the old one, and relocated my thermostat for me at my request.They did a clean and professional install, all the new venting and everything looks very nice and neat. Cleaned up all their mess and were overall just great guys.Even gave them a $20 to buy themselves coffee and breakfast on me for the next day.

Great service, would highly recommend. Called at 8am and they had the issue fixed by 2pm.

We reached out to Lee's Sheet Metal Powder Coating Division to recoat a few special pieces that we recovered from the debris after a devastating wildfire destroyed our cabin. They were more than happy to recoat these pieces and give them the care that they needed. We will be proud to display them once we rebuild and be sure to send all powder coating needs their way in the future.

Office staff were helpful in answering questions.Technicians did a great job installing the furnace, following Covid protocol, and took less time than expected.I am quite satisfied with the job well done.

Exceptional service from LSM! I work for a local fleet company, we needed a specialty bracket duplicated in a pinch and they were able to manufacture the bracket cheaper than our usual supplier. Shoutout to Owen for handling our order in a timely matter. Wouldn't go anywhere else in GP for sheet metal needs!

We have used LSM for all our HVAC needs for the last 13 years. Our last experience was the installation of air conditioning and new thermostat. They showed up on time, gave excellent instructions on how to operate and maintain the air conditioning unit and when they leave there is never anything to be cleaned up. I highly recommend LSM.
