By far, this goes on Mount Rushmore of the worst restaurant experiences ever.I visited Quebec City yesterday, coming from Montreal, and saw that this place has good reviews to dine in. I WAS WRONG.Once we arrived, we were very rudely spoken to by one of the staff members, tall guy with a long beard, I think he is the manager there. The service was ZERO to NIL. Once our orders arrived, the waiter was LITERALLY tossing our plates in front of us, and whenever we would ask them a question, we were spoken to with complete rudeness and a lot of side eyes.We were a group of 8 people, everyone’s orders arrived at 3:16 pm sharp, my order was missing, and did not arrive until 3:30 pm. The level of rudeness that the waiters had was actually through the roof.The food, the sodas, the customer service, the setting, I give it a 0/10. There was one lady who gave us our receipts to pay, she was amazing actually, but that was it.If you ever visit Quebec City, DO NOT go to this restaurant, or be prepared to leave disappointed.0/10 food.0/10 service.10/10 never going there again.To the waiter/manager with the long beard, you should work on your customer service skills, this is not a way to serve customers.

Sat outside on the patio, it's in a great location with a view of Chateau Frontenac. The service was excellent, attentive and explained things and didn't hesitate to check in on you. My husband had Le chic burger, I had la chic poulette we shared theClassic poutine. His burger was really good, mine was a bit dry and so was my bun. The poutine unfortunately wasn't hot at all and was a bit bland. He had a Caesar to drink and he didn't enjoy it. I had Thier pear soda and it was ok. We were lucky when we arrived that we got seated right away. We came by a few other times to eat and it was busy and a wait. The service was great and we would try again

Budget friendly-good-eat place at the center of old quebec. They have their own drinks which tastes good. Their burger is different and tastes great! Vibe is chill. Service is wonderful. Place is clean. Has a bathroom. They have high chairs. Accepts credit and debit. No parking space.

Came here after seeing it on You Gotta Eat Here. Small restaurant but packed. Opens at noon line up at 11:30am. I had the Signature fries made with truffle oil parmesan and herbs. Added the black garlic dip along with the Chicken burger. Homemade raspberry soda. Yum. All the food was excellent. Service excellent. Get here early.

Food taste good but very small portions. The price is a bit elevated for the quantity but not for the quality which is good.The ice-cream is more creamy than expected.Good service by all the team

Amazing location, we had a window seat looking right at the Fairmont. The poutine was good but the gravy was not salty at all - I just added salt and it was perfect. I was surprised to see it was made with cubed potatoes & not fries but still yummy. The burgers were delicious & the milkshakes brought us back to life after a long day of travel. Cute spot forsure!

Food was just alright, the poutine was very bland, and the pulled beef was a little tough. The atmosphere was nice, but it was a hot day. They had the windows open, and it was very hot inside, the heat from the kitchen added to that, so we were all sweating while waiting for the food and eating. The milkshake saved the day! That was very good.

We enjoyed this place, poutine have a homemade salsa which taste very good. For the price I was expecting maybe a bigger burger, but taste was good. Also you have a beautiful view, so I think it might be pricey but is worth it.The service was just ok, we needed to ask many times for the bill because they were I guess distracted (even when the restaurant was not that crowded) the waitress that finally came with the bill was very nice.

It's very popular and it gets busy but it's worth the wait!. My husband inhaled the Le Chic hamburger. They make their own sodas. We will go back on our next trip for sure!

We got the chicken burger combos.The burger itself was okay, but the fries, chip and their sodas were fantastic.When I visited next I'll skip the burger and go for the poutine which looked pretty good on a neighbouring table.
