Shen Walji is a member of the Dan Cooper Group. When we first met him he was carrying a 1-inch binder about our condo area and building covering previous sales and what was for sale in the area. He was knowledgeable about our area and very neat, professional and pleasant. On the day we listed he already had a showing that night. He and his team always e-mailed us with confirmations about showings. Both Shen and Susan Hannah were efficient and a pleasure to work with. We put our house up early January 2023 in a changing market of interest rate hikes and below listing offers. Shen provided unique insight into the market constraints and comparables. Shen walked through our house, providing staging advice, which we took on board. The presentation pictures and brochure were top notch, even though it was an overcast day. Shen is very personable, relaxed, a good listener and very intuitive. We sold in under two weeks at a price that reflected the condition of our 30 year-old house.
