This was my first and last time ordering at this place. Super disappointed with the service and quality of the food.I ordered two panzerottis and garlic sticks, the garlic sticks were the only decent thing in my order.When inquired the size differences of the panzerottis, the staff couldn’t explain anything and had to ask the manager. When I got the panzerottis, the sauce was absolutely DISGUSTING!! It tasted like bad wine, was super fermented and literally fizzed in your mouth. Thank god they left it on the side, because it would have been impossible to eat anything with it. The pepperonis and mushrooms weren’t cooked well either.Super disappointed overall, I’ve never been served spoiled food at any restaurant. This Ridgetown location must be hit or miss depending on who’s working.

I find godfathers pizza crust to be the best, especially the stuffed option. It’s well prepared and the toppings taste fresh. I received good deal for two medium pizza with 2 litres soda for a fair price. One of the best pizza I tasted ever. Customer service from this location is not bad. This place takes only orders and looks busy with that. Bcoz I was walk in I had to wait half an hour hence I’m giving four stars. Al together better than others.

Ordered pizza from Godfathers and had it delivered out to the camp ground last night. Man was it tasty. Our pizzas were full of toppings, made fresh, and still slightly warm upon delivery. The crust was nice and doughy. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the treat. Staff was polite and accommodating on the phone. Great experience overall. Will definitely be ordering again! Keep up the great work!

Very kind staff but very inconsistent pizza. Last time i ordered, the dough was so thin but the cheese was cooked perfect. And tonight I ordered just cheese with extra cheese and they skimp out on the cheese. Barely any cheese and the crust is really thick which i like but they overcooked the pizza so my small amount of cheese is brown. I hate when cheese gets brown. Very dissatisfied with my order. With the way the prices have gone up at godfathers, consistency would be an asset. It’s pretty overpriced bread. I’d like more cheese and better quality toppings.

This is quite unprofessional. I called them to order a pizza and they put me on hold for about five minutes. I called them again and they put me on hold for another five to six minutes before finally disconnecting it. I work in a store and I had one customer in front of me when I called these guys, so I politely asked them to just wait for a little while and they clearly stated that they could not do so. I needed to provide one star in order to write this review; else, I would not have given even one star.

Godfathers always has great pizza. Hopefully always does. But does this look like a large!!! I was very disappointed to see this after driving home and opening the box to share with friends. Never had this experience at any other godfathers
