They took our $881.51 deposit for eavestrough replacement, told us it would be 6 months before they could do the work (this was June 2021, they told us Jan 2022). We asked if they could send someone by for a temporary fix of one front eavestrough, and that we still wanted the full replacement on their timeline in Jan 2022. They came by when we were out, nailed it in place, and we haven't heard from them since. Emails bounce back. We just want our money back. I have VISA statements and emails between me and the company saved and printed.

Rexford was excellent. We 'interviewed' them pre Covid and then booked them mid Covid (during the second lock down). Service with Brandon was excellent when he came to our house, all the way through Angie answering countless questions via email, to Mauricio and the team doing the actual construction. They came back about 3 weeks later to do any touch ups, and it was great to see them once again. Our house is 115+ years old, so it came with its' challenges, and the Reford/Hamilton Siding Team saw each challenge head on. I would recommend them to anyone. We also got gutter guards (which you can't see). The siding, the colours, the team, all 100%.

Avoid this company if you are a subcontractor looking for work. I did two private homes for them, eavestroughs, soffit and fascia. After the work was done they sent me couple more work orders which I didn't like and said that I won't do those jobs. They gave me the cheque for the two jobs and the cheque was bounced. It's been more than a month since I finished the jobs and still waiting to get paid. Every time I call Mauricio about the paycheck he always haves different story.

Unfortunately they took my deposit and haven't completed the work. Email/phone number no longer work. Has anyone considered putting through a small claim on this company? I would be interested. Something happened here. Maybe they went bankrupt?

Do not give them a dime. Look for another contractor. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. We placed a deposit and after which the only communication received was after we inquired about installation dates. Every time the installation date was nearing another delay happened, After 9 months of delays we requested a full refund of our deposit as they were not fulfilling their side of the contract. I have requested refund 3 times and have not had one response to date.

I too gave a deposit and they never came to complete the work. I waited for a year with constant delays due to Materials and Labour". Since last November

One of the worst contractor experiences I've ever had - absolutely avoid this company at all costs, company is little more than a scam.Had a quote in 2020 for a spring job to be completed. Very basic single family home eaves replacement. Once spring came I got weekly excuses on why they couldn't do the work and needed more time throughout the spring and summer (constant delays at other projects, no shows for days I was promised, flat tires in there trucks) and every other excuse imaginable.Finally 6 months after initial work was to be done they tell me they can't do the work because of the location of the house (which they had been to multiple times).Watse of a full calender year of excuses to fight to get my deposit back.

Horrible experience with replacement of fascia, soffits, eaves, and upper siding in Dec 2019 that continues to today. Multiple scheduling delays with the installation (this was pre-pandemic), damaged a new window during installation, shoddy installation, and workers hounding us afterward claiming they were not paid by the company. Re: shoddy installation, we had a large piece of siding fall off of our house in 2020 and almost all of the fascia at the rear of our house fall off about a month ago - both due to poor installation. The company fixed the siding problem in 2020 but have not responded to calls, texts, or emails for our most recent problem. I also visited their 'office' and was told by someone in the building that they vacated the premises about a year ago. I had assumed they went out of business and then saw another recent 1* rating. Sorry people are still being ripped off by this company. AVOID!

Stay away from this company. They also took my deposit and I am unable to get a hold of them in any way and they have not done any work in about a year.

This company is absolutely awful! Please save your money. They took my $715 deposit and I never heard back from them. On various occasions I tried to reach them but their customer service is ridiculous and non-existent!! So I tried to cancel and request a refund but you only get their answering machine and no response through emails. In addition, I visited their “office” location and they don’t exist at the address provided. Seven months after the initial transaction I still have no new eaves and am still short $715 bucks. I don’t know what kind of business this company is running but it is truly unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed!
