Richie's Limo Service & Brokerage

Having riden in three different limos over the past 30 years I feel comfortable saying that I am an expert in terms of what a limo service should be. And without a doubt Richie's limo service is the best of the best. I don't know he does it but no other limo service comes even close.

There is nothing bad I can say about this service. This is my second experience with this service and both have been exceptional. The driver is very professional and courteous. We were greeted by the driver who arrived on time We were further greeted by snacks and beverages once we got inside. A snuggle blanket is also provided for those chilly rides home. The driver was very understanding when we needed some 1:00am Whoopers and apple turnovers and took us to the nearest Burger King. It was impressive that the driver tipped the hard working drive thru employee at BK.I highly recommend this service and will be using it many more times.EDIT: On 8/12 I used the brokerage side of Richie’s Limo Service and Brokerage. Was in a jam for a weekend function and needed beer brought across the border ASAP. Richie was able to supply said needed beer and promptly arranged, and got it over the border. Richies Limo Service and Brokerage took care of all the proper and legal paperwork and all duties on the case of beer was paid for. Not only did he deliver the product way before the deadline he also moved the beer into the cooler without being asked so cold frosty beverage would be available with no work by me. Incredible service and still highly recommend.

Richie's Limo Service was available to bring my father to Welland for a very important soccer game a few weeks back. This game was extremely stressful to prepare for, but Richie's Limo Service did not disappoint. Upon arrival at our house, Rich, driver for Richie's Limo Service, greeted my father at our front door to take his bags/belongings to the vehicle for him. He then opened the car door for my father who was then greeted by a plethora of snacks and beverages inside the vehicle. The most significant item provided by Richie's Limo Service was the complimentary bottle of Red Wine supplied to my father upon the completion of the service. This meant a lot to him and myself as Richie's Limo Service was able to accommodate and supply such a generous gift that reflected our family heritage. We will definitely be using this service in the future!

A huge Thanks to Richie's Limo Service. When Operations Manager Katie, heard about how some online retailer left us high and dry, without a present for our son (just days before Christmas). She dispatched driver Richard on a special Operation to save Christmas!!Richard sprung to action and scoured the region, looking for that missing gift on the top of my son's list. The amazing efforts shown have kept a little boys hope in Christmas alive, and warmes our families faith in humanity!!Merry Christmas Richie's Limo Service and Amazing Staff!!!

Richie is the most amazing delivery service I have ever used. The best part is his enchanting smile and snazzy uniform! I highly recommend this service. Richie never disappoints!

Richie was once again a true professional on my last trip. I was greeted with snacks and refreshments which helped make my ride an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, at my event I suffered an injury and had to find alternative transportation. While my ride was prompt and accommodating to my injuries; I can't help but remiss the comforts and niceties I missed out on from a return trip from richie.

What an amazing experience. Rich, of course, had me dropped off at the Buffalo airport in a timely fashion. Upon arriving in Austin, Texas, Rich suddenly emerged from a different flight and bought me a beer.Now that's one dedicated driver!!

Richie's Limo Service arrived before I was ready to depart. He waited patiently in the parking lot, and when I came out a different door of my apartment building, drove to me instead of making me walk to the car. The driver provided congenial conversation for the duration of the trip, and we arrived at the destination four minutes ahead of schedule (no mean feat considering my propensity for tardiness). The return trip was a treat; the driver opened the door for me (my husband could learn a thing or two!) and quickly brought the vehicle to a hospitable temperature. He was also amenable to my input regarding directions even when the GPS provided conflicting information (again, husband take note!). Overall, exactly the experience one expects based on the many five star reviews. A++ would use again.

Tonight our driver was Katie, the smarter, better looking, better golfer, better half of Richie's Limo Service. Although her golf cart driving skills are questionable, she was a pro behind the F-150. Katie got us to the restaurant, and even joined us for dinner...weird I know, but she fit right in! After a few glasses of wine, Katie made sure we got home safe in the pouring rain even pointing up local landmarks along the way. Even though she had three people to drop off who all live next door to each other, she dropped each of us off at our own homes. Every time I get Richie's Limo Service, I hope Katie is my driver.
