Terrible customer service. The manger is extremely rude and does not welcome clients, does not even say hello nor acknowledge them. One of the workers was nice and attempted to be helpful, but everyone else in the store looked inconvenienced. Yes, bath and body works doesn't give me a gem in their candle, but they always give me a smile and welcome their clients in the store and are not rude.

Love the candles. Didn't know we had one in ottawa. Lori was great, very helpful and friendly. Will be back for holiday collections when they are out

The 3 girls there were really patient and helpful while i was being indecisive going in and out of the store for an hour debating which candle i wanted. I explained what i was looking for and they gave plenty of suggestions. Some of the candles on sale no longer had my ring size but they were quick to check their computer to make sure and have me other options of scents with the same ring in my size. Ended up buying 2 candles and will likely be back with my mind made up a lot quicker next time. ❤

I was totally surprised to find a Charmed Aroma store in Bayshore. Amazing customer service and they have been so helpful. One of the women helped me a lot to find the right size for my ring candle. Thank you so much!

I don't know if it was this store because I ordered online from Charmed Aroma Canada. This store is closest. I ordered a hemp ring candle, and they sent an elephant diffuser by mistake. They immediately corrected the problem and shipped the correct candle within 1 day! Plus, they let me keep the elephant diffuser at no charge! Great customer service!

I have been ordering Charmed Aroma candles before the stores opened up and it has become much more convenient now with the store. The beautiful ladies working there make it much easier also by being so helpful. Candles are all so nicee! Thank you
