They have a pleasant space with good views. The pastries and snacks are really good. The reason for the low punctuation is unfortunately due to the poor quality of the coffee and the lack of preparation as baristas and fortiori in a city where the competition of coffee shops and their quality is very high. Unfortunately, bad coffee definitely ruins a good meal.

My partner and I took the laminated dough class on Saturday. The class was taught by an incredibly passionate and talented chef / instructor named Christian who's enthusiasm for pastry was infectious. We cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back for more classes

We were there for a group event and did an Iron Chef challenge. It was a great experience so much fun. And, the we enjoyed a lovely meal prepared for us by the chef. Great team building event!

First off, the food here was excellent. Very good value and some great flavours. We enjoyed that immensely. We also appreciated the friendliness of our servers in the dining room. Our only issue was the speed of service - it ended up taking two hours for us to complete lunch - I realize this is the result of this being a teaching environment but taking some steps to expedite this would be quite helpful I think and help to improve everyone’s experience.

I have been fortunate enough to have two events held here for clients. This is a very unique and great team building exercise as one of the events they offer is an iron chef challenge. The basis of this activity is that you are put into teams and tasked with the difficult and creative job of cooking a appetizer and entrée using a secret ingredient that has to be incorporated in both dishes. They hosted our clients professionally and with care which was much appreciated. The experience can come in at a little bit high of a price however, it has been a very successful event and our clients seemed to love it (which is the main goal!). You have to cook for one hour and have access to the kitchen and ingredients and can talk with some of the students that are there as well. It feels very high pressure and depending how you cook or eat it could be either very creative or a little bit overwhelming but it’s all in good fun. After that, the head chef tries out all the dishes and scores everyone. Don’t fret, you do not have to only eat your concoctions after the cooking challenge. You are then presented with a three course meal done by the students. One thing I do wish they offered was perhaps a Feedback card (I understand this is difficult for a client event but could be coordinated to the organizer). The dishes we got for good, the portions were a bit small and some of the dishes were a bit over salted in my opinion but overall it was a great meal and event. There is limited parking and just have to register your car with the business beforehand, otherwise be prepared to get towed.

If anyone out there wants to be a chef, baker or anything in the field of food cooking please do yourself a good favour and invest your money in this school.Since 1997, the school has graduated many wonderful talented students who not only learned from the high quality teachers but also learn to survive in the competitive hospitality field. The school is not just a school but also a full fledged restaurant and cafe overlooking the ships, yachts and boats parked from its big glass window. What a view and so I didn’t miss a chance to grab a coffee with yummy in house baked goodies.Lets talk about the school itself. Massive kitchens/classrooms, small size classrooms , student study room with apple macbook desktops and full fledge change rooms are just some of the features. Very spacious and clean especially during covid time. All precautions and safety measurements are taken before you go further from reception. Friendly staff and career advisors are very knowledgeable and helpful. Check in with “seane “ the admission guy for all ur program related queries.
