Good bar, got a pool table and good food - recommend the brisket) and nice drinks. Service was good. Unfortunately it costs $4 to play each pool game. They have sometimes socials like dance classes on Sunday evenings. Located centrally and accessibly in midtown.

This establishment doesn't possess any unique qualities that might make it particularly memorable. During our visit, we noted that a lone staff member was tasked with attending to both the indoor and patio spaces, which seemed rather strained. The cuisine itself lacked any distinctive charm, proving to be fairly average in comparison to other dining experiences. Furthermore, the ambiance was somewhat wanting, failing to create an immersive or engaging environment.Prices were a little high for the venue.

Went on a Friday night, a couple hours before the band starts. The place was empty, but still couldn’t get any service. My friend and I had to grab menus from another table and go to the bar to order.Ordered a half-rack of ribs for over $20, and I got 4 bones, short of a standard half-rack, one of which was without meat on it. Doesn’t even come with a side. The taste was good, but I was disappointed by the portions.By the time we were ready to leave, the place was busy and there were finally staff circulating. However, we now had to steal their attention from other tables.

We ordered the Brisket and side of fries and onion rings. It was pretty late in the night, at around 9.30pm. The fried and onion rings were great and fresh! The brisket could have been served hot. It was cold and didn't taste all that great! The server was very kind and courteous. I noticed that they had 18 % minimum tip on the swiping m/c which I felt was not usual. We'll give the place another try, probably early in the evenings!

Good food (a bit experience!) with outstanding service.Beautiful big patio for summer.Always good live music, great DJ and excellent dance floor.Feel welcome everytime I go there, friendly staff and a great owner.Wonderful people and good vibes.

Overall the experience was disappointing. The only thing that I felt satisfied with was probably the live music.It was our first dining, and we wanted to try their bbq as it's just in our neighbourhood. The live music and patio are perfect, so I give this restaurant two stars in the end.We ordered half chicken, pork ribs and three side dishes (fries, cornbread and potato salad), and I thought their portion sizes would be good as all items are overpriced, but they were all super small, and I didn’t feel satisfied at the end.Their chicken tasted like plain chicken with a bbq sauce on the top. The pork ribs were even worse, only four ribs for $22, and there was almost no meat with big bones (all the ribs are only about 1-2 bites in total).Each side dish cost $8 each, and the potato salad was not the country style I like; it seemed to have too much vinegar, so it always felt sour.The cornbread was very dry and had no creamy or corn scented. It even tasted more like a dry cake, not cornbread.The fries part is probably the best of these sides because of its “standard.”We also ordered three beers, which cost $10 per pint. Overall, the food price was way too high, the food was not exquisite, but the portion was small and not satisfying. It is worth mentioning that only the band they invited was good.The overall service was okay, not particularly impressive.

The food here is tasty, the oysters were very fresh and came with a delicious hot sauce, Scotch bonnet I think. The onion rings are excellent, the batter stuck to the onions which were perfectly done and not greasy.The bbq is pretty good. I didn't find it to be exceptional and I thought it was missing a bit of the smokey taste. I found the brisket to be tasty and very tender, though next time I'll ask for less sauce.The drink selection is good and I like that there is a long list of cocktails. They did seem a little on the high end at $14Overall a good experience that's great if you go in a group.

It was my third time there. We went there to enjoy a good song. The Wintergarten Orchestra was playing and was really fun. They are so theatrical... I really enjoyed!The service was amazing. And food was perfect! I really recommend who loves music to enjoy weekends there!.

Really enjoyed this spot for buck a shuck last night! Over all, oysters were excellent especially considering the price, plus, $5 for a glass of house wine per dozen oysters, which was a steal! Oysters also came with a delicious hot sauce which we loved. The only downside we found was that the live music, although really good, was just way too loud. It was taking away from the experience. We moved seats to the furthest corner we could to see if it would help but unfortunately it was still excessively loud for us and felt like we were at a club and not a restaurant.Regardless, we’ll definitely be back but will now be more prepared for either a live music night or dinner / oysters on a different day. Our waiter was also awesome!

If I had the ability to give this establishment 0 stars I would. This was absolutely the worst experiences I have ever had. The first week, my bill was wrong and I was charged $36.00 more for items I did not consume. When I tried to rectify the situation I was push away from an unprofessional, drunken waitress named Nicole who frequently had outbursts while attempting to sing “Royals by Lorde” several times; at the bar’s regular karaoke night; as they didn't have her preferred version and all along ATTEMPTING to tend to her clientele.On night two, I attend the establishment and was immediately greeted with attitude upon arrival. The same waitress Nicole did not want to seat my party. The service was pretty much non existent. We were pretty much left to serve ourselves. After giving poor service with a side of attitude Nicole had the AUDACITY to say to my party that we couldn’t use the debit machine as we didn’t spend enough money and we didn’t tip her. NICOLE, how can you expect a tip when we didn’t receive the chance to order food that would have increased the likelihood of her spending money in the establishment and receiving a tip.I have to give a shout out to the manager who attempted to rectify the situation. I do appreciate your efforts but your kindness was simply overshadowed by the lack of care, dirty dishes while serving, the constant forgetfulness and incompetence of your other staff members. My recommendation would be to get rid of the bad apples who taint your establishment.
