Friendly service— attendant oriented me to the machines and was helpful when I forgot an item.Grateful to have local service.

Worst small business I’ve ever been in. The woman who runs it is rude, she bullied a customer while I was there. She was rude to me when I wanted to separate my loads, like that was against the rules. It’s also expensive, half the machines are broken. The washroom is out of service permanently by the looks of the sign on the door, blaming customers for putting it out of service. When I questioned the prices she told me I didn’t have to come there. Zero customer service.

DO NOT come here!The woman that runs the place is extremly RUDE and completely unprofessional!!I don't know how she remains in business!!!!

My wife went there and the person working there is ignorant and rude. Why have a business if you can't run it right or have working condition equipment , a washroom and treat customers properly? , 1 star cause no one can vote 0 , glad we bought machines

This laundromat has lots of washers and dryers but.....the one woman who owns it or works there seemed to always be in my space and policed it like it was a bank. Trying to be helpful I guess but I literally couldn't move she was right there in my space. Also I needed a small amount of change for a few dryers. ( I have a dryer at home and only planned to use hers for towels) She commented as I put a $5 bill down stating ' oh you will need way more money than this for drying' .I said no I only need $5 worth thanks she hesitated and said you will need more. I said can I just have the coins please?!!! Annoying I felt uncomfortable and rushed as she walks around checking people's dryers and time left. She hovered and watched me. I will NOT go back there .

Never go to this Laundromat unless it is absolutely necessary and you want to encounter a very rude women working there. We were a couple of minutes late to empty our washing machine and she yelled at us for not emptying them. She could of handled it so much better. Never returning, such an unpleasant experience.

Rude and unprofessional, watches your every move as if you don't know how to do laundry, the lady will tell you to not fill the machine properly and spend another $5 to spit it up into two

Too much money...$5 a wash, and no bathroom or interact. Closes at 6 and closed weekends (not great for people who work Monday to Friday). Need a new laundromat in Bancroft!

Owner is extremely ignorant. I will continue to go to lakefield .better machines without the uncomfortable ignorant atmosphere

Updating an old review to reflect the fact that most of the washing machines have been updated/replaced and dryers updated. Opening hours are now just Monday-Thursday but owner always on hand to provide assistance, change and sell supplies, and keeps the place super-clean. Still relatively expensive compared to city prices but convenient to have one in Bancroft.
