They clearly give total priority to drive through orders rather than counter pickup. Waited over 10 minutes at 11:30am for an egg McMuffin, meanwhile I saw maybe a dozen drive through orders go through in that time. People waiting over 10 minutes for a McMuffin or a coffee at the pick up counter. Brutal system they’ve got here.

There is nothing new about Macdonald's, you know. Still there are some differences from one to another.This particular place was clean, nice, even cozy. But as I am a mom with a stroller it's always important to me that the doors open automatically. So they don't. Something is not working and somebody should fix that.

Terrible customer service, completely ignored all the customers and orders at the front cash. Looked at our order for 5-6 minutes before anyone even looked towards the front cash. Terrible Terrible Terrible would never recommend this Terrible establishment go anyone

They have a hard time following order instructions, like mayo in the bag or extra sauce. Sometime the English muffins are very burnt and other times they are soft as a pillow. No consistency. On top of all that the prices are going up, in my opinion the standards should be too. Bring back FRESH food.

So longue wait like 10 min, for 2 refresher, and the refresher is very very to sugar very not good. Don't order this drink !!! Im Lucky starbuck is just next to it !!!

dirty tables, cash register does not issue a receipt, no napkins, no ketchup. There are used syringes in the washroom.

Tried calling to inquire about skip the dishes order I placed and they pretended like they hadn't even gotten the order and didn't know what what it was I was talking about like they couldn't understand me.

Went there just before 12noon. Clean, fast and food was good too. Recommended. Keep in mind that it can get busy during lunch hrs.
