We have the HVAC by Goodman that came with the builder, unfortunately, it was leaking rusty water after 8 years of using. FMI visited in February this year and found that the Goodman was not leveled due to the grading in the basement and water couldn't drain out from inside. The technician drained the water out, leveled as best they could and told us to monitor as the furnace is still half-life. We started to fire up the furnace a few weeks ago (October) and hear motor/mechanical noise from the furnace as well as water leaking from the air filter. To have a peace of mind, we asked FMI to get us a new HVAC. The install was about 2.5 hours, technicians were very professional, they left no debris or damage behind, and they leveled my new York furnace with pads. I am very satisfied with the decision to go with FMI and their price is way cheaper than other contractor who quoted us back in February. Good Job FMI !

Faster Mechanical, Benson and his team do an amazingly incredible job! They are responsive and always on time. They're meticulous with their work, but also do it very efficiently. They also clean up very well after the work is done. there is no job they can't handle. they'll make it work. More importantly, they are HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY.
