I've had my hair cut twice in the last year here (mostly because I'm a mom of 3 kids and don't get high maintenance hair cuts, or regular trims) and I found them very helpful and pleasing! They do a wonderful scalp massage while washing your hair, and they have fit me in on really short notice (because: kids). Their receptionist is also really kind!

Haircut not so good, asked for proper hair thinning as my hair is super thick, and was very disappointed of next day results. Hairdresser asked if I want my hair straighten and I said no thanks, but she did it anyway, acting like I was in for a treat, my guess was to hide the fact that my hair was not thinned out properly, and that it would do thick again next day after wash. I was also told if my hair was still needing thinning after she styled it, she would cut some more but with the straight iron you can not tell if its still too thick, so I didn't know till next day, canceled my next appointment for hair dye for this reason, they lost a future customer for this bad mistake, I paid for it again to go somewhere else to get thinned out. I also was very disappointed with hair wash, not done to compare with other salons that charge this much, no proper massage.

Awesome experience here getting my hair done. The hairdresser is young and newer but knows her stuff. She was very friendly and did a great job. The price was great too! Highly recommended.

I strongly do not recommend this shop and this chain. When we bought a shampoo they told that it’s possibly to return goods during 14 days if something doesn't fit. I found the ingredient to which I have allergy and when I wanted to return it they told that only exchange is possible, any return of money. I won't buy anything here again

Just wanted to warn everyone of the new stylist Alison Fisher. Alison used to own Shear Splendor Hair Boutique & Spa (please feel free to look up this shut down business' reviews for ample stories like mine). Alison told everyone on her Facebook page of a great one time offer" for a haircut that needed to be paid for in advance. Many people took her up on her offer and transferred a minimum of 80$ to her

The staff is super friendly. The hair dresser that did my hair was so outgoing and so nice to talk to she definitely knows her stuff!! The salon was super clean and very nice. I would definitely go back there. I definitely highly recommend this salon

Came in for dry shampoo and a hair mask and I also got excellent service! I was able to get my dry shampoo and some samples for a hair mask so I could see what my hair likes. I will def return - great friendly service!!!!

Terrible customer service! My appointment was for 12 noon and they rescheduled it for 12.30. Though I was already in the area, I accommodated their request. In the meanwhile I got a work call and though I was already in the mall, I was late for my appointment at 12.30 by 10 mins. They refused to do my service inspite of repeated requests. The lady at the counter was very curt and inconsiderate. Was really put off by that attitude and am never going back.

Know before you buy anything from this store. Check out the photo of the item I purchased. There are no price tags. I go to the counter and it rang in at almost $70. I paid. I went back to check on the smaller package and it also did not have a price tag. I went to the counter and asked how much it costed. I wanted to exchange my puchase for the smaller version. This is when I was told they are not able to refund the purchase I made 5 minutes ago. They can only put it on a gift card. Then the lady says look at the sign (small) saying that you can only exchange. I have not left the store yet and the purchase was made 5 minutes ago. So letting you all know that there is no refund policy. Only exchange with the not so nice folks behind the counter.
