Looking for an HVAC technician that you actually want to repair and service your units instead of just getting pitched new equipment (like most do)? TJ is your man. He communicates, very responsive, gets straight to the point, no sugar coating and keeps his word. This is hard to find these days! Had a couple properties in Barrie he attended on July 7th. TJ responded promptly to my service calls. Came to my diagnosis appointment in 2 hrs. He processed my warranty papers in few days and came back to do my repair works in the promised time. The diagnosis price was one of best in market and the repair price was standard. There was no room to negotiate any price. Overall did a good job.

Never, ever use this s.....ty company/person service.The most disappointing service you could ever have.1, After his repair, my furnace ca not heat at all, and has been blowing cold air all day.2, called the person 30 min after he left my home. The guy said he can not do anything, and told me to replace my furnace.3, First, told me $85. After 20 min, he charged me $150.4, The guys said, the first 15 mins he did not figure out the issue, and then he cleaned the sensors for an extra $65.5, But the furnace did not heat at all. Blowing cold air.6, When I called him again, he was super inpatient, and he needs to run. Because he was screwing up another persons' furnace.

TJ is very knowledgable about products and services and was very easy to deal with!The entire process from diagnosing the requirement of a new unit, providing details of the specific HVAC system we require in our home and a follow up after installation, was a pleasurable one.We shopped around for alternate quotes, this company was by far the best price. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future!Thank you

Initially hired TJ for installing an AC at my house in Brampton. Upon installation he was very helpful and explained the issue with the old one. The new one was a major upgrade, it runs quietly and works wonderfully. With this excellent experince I hired him again to install a new thermostat (he even explained the functions of the thermostat and how to use it). Overall, his work is efficient and outstanding. I would HIGHLY reccomend anyone to get their work done by him!
