Hilti Distribution Centre - Vancouver

Poor customer service. Put down everything without any help to load into car even the package is huge. For God saking, why don't you just show some courtesy?

Very poor customer service... placed an order in Langley store and they said go pick it up from the distribution center... I drove all the way from surrey to this place and they said ... one of the employees misplaced it ..... n then the other employee comes to me and says that we have shipped out your order to the Langley store. How lack of communication they had and then it’s a long weekend ahead and I needed them by today so I could finish my project by tomorrow but this is so unprofessional. Wasted all my time today and can get my stuff done by tomm. All thanks to this poor distribution center for running my long weekend. Would not even wana give this place a 0.5 star
