I came in looking for some insolated pants. When I asked for a help the lady took me to the correct area where the pants were then left almost instantly. I found pants that I wanted to try on, then I needed to find another person to let me into the change room. The pants didn't fit and nobody was around to show me where I can find something similar so I left. I hope this review goes towards improving customer service.
