Tyler is very professional and an excellent realtor. He is honest, easy going, and a pleasure to work with. He was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I felt informed through out the sales process from scheduled showing times, feed back from the realtors who viewed my home, and his dealings with my tenant renting the home. I value his opinion and it was nice to have realtor who took the time to walk you through the sales process from the beginning to the end. Tyler was a huge asset when it came to buying our first home! We were on a tight timeline and he was quick to set up showings for us. We ended up looking at many homes and he never rushed us or made us feel like an inconvenience. Tyler was so knowledgeable about the age of shingles, furnaces, hot water tanks etc and could guide us as to when those expenses might be coming up. We were searching with two little ones in tow some days while pregnant and he clarified the process for us and minimized our stress. We discussed our expectations and he delivered. He was so very thoughtful- we’d send several listings and he would coordinate all the viewings into our time window and have a route planned so well depending on if we were coming from home or meeting him after work. My spouse and I initially contacted Tyler at the recommendation of family members who had sold their condos with him some 5-6 years ago in challenging markets. All tempered with Tyler’s gentle honest approach, fantastic sense of humour, and relaxed demeanour.Of course we were also very happy with his balanced honest opinions on market values, ability to identify potential problems and pitfalls in each home we viewed, quick response times, and open communication.In 2 years we never felt pressured or rushed to buy. In fact Tyler was insistent that we not jump the gun on anything that we were not truly happy with (at times encouraging us to shelve certain listing that didn’t quite fit the bill for what we wanted at the time), and allowed us to come to understand what we were willing to compromise on while providing guidance along the way. We made offers on other properties and Tyler always seemed most interested in having us set our offer at what we were comfortable with first, then influenced by market value, then informed by what he thought would succeed and laying it out clearly for us. We never felt he was trying to sway our decision to his benefit.When we finally closed, his housewarming gifts were an amazingly personal and hilarious touch, and when he saw the family member who originally referred us to him, he remembered that a birthday was coming up and insisted on sending something along after not having seen them in at least 5 years! In the absolute best way possible, who does that?! It is a testament to Tyler as a person and professional and I’m very happy to write him a glowing review.

Tyler helped me immensely over several years as I was navigating moving to Edmonton from out of province. He was extremely patient as my search pivoted once I got to Edmonton from looking for a condo to looking for a house with very specific criteria.
