La Senza

The staff at this location is unfriendly and quite rude. No one is helpful and they talk to you in a very rude tone. The lady who was doing my fitting, Patricia, has a rude way of speaking, especially to me. I didn’t look as dressed as I usually do, so I don’t think she felt the need to talk to me in a polite manner.After she gave me my size, I asked if there were any bras that were in the $20-$30 range, she said no, there are only $50 bras for my size. When I did a little digging around in the store, there was a whole section of bras that were in that range (again not very helpful).When I was waiting for a fitting room and was occupying myself by looking at other stuff, she was calling me to let me know that the room was available but yelled “hello” as if I am some family member. I’ve never been treated like this at another La Senza location but this location doesn’t meet the standards that most stores have.

Very helpful staff. I was able to get sized before purchasing 2 bras.

Really poor customer service. Literally made eye contact with 2 employees hoping they would come and assist. However, they looked at me and said something and just stood there in one spot. I decided to walk over to them and then one of them decided to help. She did not seem too happy. The other one was just on her phone. I decided not to purchase anything and left.

La senza store doors were wide open employees were standing and chatting. I just touched the gown $19.99 a girl shouted at me o boy she was loud loud. We're not open as yet" Why did they open the store doors at 9.45 if they were closed .. secondly she had no right to be rude ."

This store is amazing, me and my mom went in 2 days ago and got such AMAZING service the first lady we met was Sky she helped me figure out my size, and she was so nice. We then went for trying and we met this wonderful lady Patricia she helped us figure out the colours and styles we wanted. When we went to finalize our purchase we saw Sky again and in total it was the best experience for me and my mom going into a “La senza” (my first time). Thank you so much for the amazing service. 1000000/10 ⭐️⭐️

The lady was not nice or helpful. When we got home it said the store and website prices were the same yet the sales person was adamant we were wrong! Great customer service, NOT!

When in to buy 2 for 40 bra. I left buying 2 bras for much more than that. I was a frustrated bra shopper. However not any more. The store was fairly busy and she was the only one other than the cashier working. Based on my observations she was able to satisfy all the customers in the dressing room by suggesting what we needed. while two other ladies were at the front talking she measured and brought different styles to try. Thank you Patrices( sorry if I spelled your name wrong) you were awesome. I will definitely come to see you again.

Horrible customer service!! My sister and I walked into the store, and not one person came up to greet us. I looked at a lady that appeared approachable, but it was my biggest mistake!! I asked her for my measurement, and it was her tone and attitude that turned me off. The way she told me we don't have your size here, and spoke to me like I was a different species!! That is not how you treat people, nor should towards to others. I use to have a great experience coming here, but I can see the standard has been lowered!!
